Galletto Ristorante is an upscale Northern Italian restaurant occupying a 1930s former Wells Fargo bank building in downtown Modesto, opened in 2001 by Tom and Karyn Galletto. The dining room retains architectural character from its banking days while serving a seasonal, farm-to-table menu emphasizing wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas, prime steaks, and fresh fish sourced from local farms and producers.

The restaurant is a frequent pick for special-occasion dining and private events, offering three private dining rooms, a covered Vine Arbor Patio, and even an on-site bocce court, and it holds a reputation as one of Modesto's most consistently well-reviewed fine-dining destinations.
