Merced County Fair

Held annually each June at the Merced County Fairgrounds on Martin Luther King Jr. Way, with carnival rides, live music, and agricultural exhibits over several days. As the county's flagship annual fair, it draws a scale of carnival rides and live music that no single town in the county could support independently, making it worth the trip even from Atwater.
