Selma Historical Mural

A 2010 downtown mural on the Robertson Guerra building at 1948 High Street, designed by Fresno Chicano artist Professor Emeritus Ernesto Palomino, depicting scenes from Selma's history. Palomino's involvement gives the piece real artistic credibility beyond a typical civic mural, since he's a recognized figure in the Central Valley's Chicano art movement. It's a genuine outdoor art stop rather than something tucked inside a building, so it's viewable any time of day.
