Vintage Faire Mall is Modesto's largest regional shopping center, developed by the Hahn Company and opened on March 12, 1977, at the junction of Sisk Road, Dale Road, Standiford Avenue, and State Route 99. Now owned and managed by Macerich, the enclosed mall spans over one million square feet across 174 stores with five anchor tenants.
The mall serves as a hub for the Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) bus system and draws shoppers from across the wider region, including Turlock, Sonora, and Merced, which was part of its original market rationale.
Current tenants include Macy's, JCPenney, Apple, Dick's Sporting Goods, Lululemon, and Dave & Buster's, alongside a food court and sit-down chains like BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, making it Modesto's most complete one-stop option for retail therapy, especially useful as an indoor activity on hot summer days or rainy weather.
